Rare privacy policy

Effective September 9, 2026

Rare is operated by Frame Labs, Inc. This policy covers our invite-only beta.

Information we handle

We process your email, account and device identifiers, passkey public credentials, messages and agent activity, notification tokens, wallet addresses, transaction records, and operational logs. Passkey private keys and device biometrics stay with your device or passkey provider.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to run Rare, authenticate you, respond to requests, deliver email and notifications, process agent actions, and investigate problems or abuse. Relevant messages and context are sent to xAI to generate model responses. Services you choose to use may receive the information needed to carry out your requests.

Our infrastructure and delivery providers include AWS, MongoDB Atlas, Resend, Apple, Expo, and blockchain RPC providers. Their processing is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed outside your country. Blockchain transactions and addresses are public.

Retention and choices

Hosted account, conversation, and activity records remain until removed through our account and data-management processes. Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at jordan@frame.sh. Security records, backups, and records required by law may remain after account deletion; public blockchain records cannot be erased. You can disable notifications in device settings and stop using Rare at any time.

Rare is experimental. Do not submit information you are unwilling to share with the services needed to process it. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the beta changes; the effective date identifies the version.
