Rare beta terms

These terms apply to the invite-only Rare beta operated by Frame Labs, Inc. By using the beta, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Experimental software

Rare is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, security, availability, preservation of data, or that any feature will continue. We may change, suspend, reset, or end the beta.

Your use

You are responsible for your account, the content you provide, and actions you authorize. Use Rare lawfully and do not attack, disrupt, or misuse the service or other people's data. Only provide content you have the right to use. You retain your rights to that content and permit us and our service providers to process it to operate Rare and carry out your requests.

AI output may be wrong. Review it and any proposed action before relying on it. It is not professional advice. Third-party services have their own terms. This staging beta uses testnet assets with no promised monetary value; do not send real funds.

Liability and ending use

To the extent permitted by law, Frame Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using Rare at any time. We may restrict access for misuse or to operate or protect the beta.
